Buboni Estate is a secure, up market, residential development found in the Roma area, off Zambezi Way just 8 KMS from South East of Lusaka’s Central Business District. Buboni Phase One which was officially completed in July 2015 and was sold out to the general public. Buboni Phase 2 was commissioned in February 2016 with a time frame of One Year.

The cost of the land will depend on the type of plot being purchased and it is currently priced as follows:-

-    The 1,000 square metre plots are priced at K144,000.00 per plot, with an extra cost of K10,000 for services.
-    The 1 acre plots are priced at K435,600 per plot and 
-    The Commercial developments are at K107.81 per square metre and will vary depending on the size of the plot

Basic terms include a 10% deposit payment and balance to be settled within 36 months.
